Born into the Chitrakar clan, Lok’s fascination with paints and brushes began in his childhood, inspired by his family’s artistic legacy. At 12, he embarked on his artistic journey, leaving school to immerse himself in the world of Paubha.

Lok’s art emphasizes precise depictions of iconography from ancient Buddhist and Hindu texts, aiming to inspire spiritual liberation. His works blend traditional techniques with modern elements, exploring realism, impressionism, and abstract forms.

Through meticulous study of early iconographic texts, Lok revives and preserves the profound heritage of Paubha art, infusing it with life and spirituality. His paintings invite viewers to experience a moment of divine connection, showcasing the sacred power of making the unseen visible.
